Yes, we are an approved provider with Alaska Medicaid and can accept travel vouchers. Please ensure your provider logs your voucher for billing code A0100. 

Yes, however, our drivers do not carry or accept cash payments. Please call dispatch to process payment over the phone or to receive an invoice. 

Reliable Care Rides provides specialized transportation services designed for passengers who need dependable, scheduled support beyond standard public transportation or taxi services. Because our service includes dedicated scheduling, added assistance, and higher operating requirements, our rates reflect the level of care and reliability we provide. Our flat rates are $79 per one-way trip for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation and $40 per one-way trip for Non-Medical Transportation services. 

Please note that non-medical transportation slots are limited and subject to availability. 

Unfortunately, we are no longer offering transport to Anchorage. Please call dispatch for referred services. 

Yes, clients ages 14 to 18 can use our services with a parent or legal guardian’s permission. If the parent or guardian will not be riding with the minor, required paperwork must be completed before services can be provided. All children 13 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a legal guardian or caregiver during the trip.

Our drivers are always happy to assist riders safely into the building at no additional cost. We also provide a Guided Handoff, ensuring the rider is safely transferred to staff, a caregiver, or another responsible party upon arrival.

However, we do not offer escort or supervision services. Please let dispatch know at the time of booking if a Guided Handoff will be needed so we can plan accordingly.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
